Optimize frame rates for gameplay.
Hello everyone! I’m working on boosting my frame rates in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on my computer. My current performance is between 25 and 35 frames per second while playing. I have a GTX 960 graphics card and a 21:9 monitor at a resolution of 2560 by 1080. I also connect to European servers to play with friends, but I consistently experience very high ping – over 200 – which significantly impacts my gameplay. I possess an older monitor that supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080. I’m wondering what steps I should take: should I maintain my large screen, switch back to the smaller one, or invest in a more powerful graphics card? Or will any changes ultimately have no effect on my performance? While I don't aspire to be an expert player, I'm aiming for improved scores. Thank you for your assistance!
Reduce your visual quality, disable vertical synchronization, and experiment with a lower resolution (including testing on a 1920x1080 display). If this still doesn't resolve the issue, consider purchasing a new graphics card—ensure you have a powerful processor to avoid any performance limitations. Overclocking is not advised.

I suggest you improve your graphics card. Additionally, experiment with reduced settings and resolutions for an enhanced gameplay experience.
