Are there any players using FC4 on a GTX 780? What configurations are they using? It seems like maintaining around 60 frames per second is challenging, even with extreme low settings. Any advice would be appreciated.

You're asking about the genre of music you're listening to. Could you please specify which artist or song you're referring to?

You should be maxxing it out. My friend has a gtx 970 which performs around the 780. Make sure vsync is on and you dont have a limiter on the fps.

You're seeing around 30-40 FPS most of the time when AA is off, which suggests your setup isn't fully optimized. The newer 970 model likely offers more VRAM, which could explain the performance boost.

Which processor are you using? It could be a performance issue. I’m aware that my FX-6300 sometimes limits my 970 in games like Shadow of Mordor and others.

I confirmed the game files are correct, performed a new driver installation recently, and I’m not enabling the optimization feature in GeForce Experience.
