others facing the same issue can review my video details: intel xeon 2643 v3 ddr4 motherboard, ddr4 16gb ram, 2133mhz gtx 970, 500w psu. Check my previous post for background but I continue discussing PSM. I captured my GPU changes and noticed irregularities that might explain this (only occurs with Roblox). Have you adjusted your GPU to prioritize maximum performance via the NVIDIA control panel?

That's quite unusual. You might try disabling power-saving features and ensuring windows isn't in sleep mode using an admin command prompt at https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/2...windows-10

I've already tried everything, now I'll give it another shot.

It seems you might be using a hotkey like "Sleep" instead of the power button. You can also rephrase the instruction to say when a power or sleep button is pressed it does nothing, while still allowing you to shut down the PC by holding the power button as a failsafe. Of course, you can still turn off your PC through the power button, which is the standard method.

I press a lot of keys while playing Roblox, but it only happens when I'm in that game. I can handle everything else like Valorant, Minecraft, and Fortnite. Roblox is a bit unpredictable though.

Ultimately, just reinstall Windows 10 makes sense. It’s possible something broke during the process.
