I think this will feel just like Fallout 4 does. Shadows need to be dimmed and the distance between them should be reduced. The God ray also needs to be adjusted. It’s my assumption, but I really hope I’m not mistaken. I’m worried because I didn’t get a chance to explore Skyrim as much as I wanted, and it didn’t go well.

Hope they address the poor low LOD in Skyrim.

It’ll likely feel even more strenuous without strong mod support or possibly at all.

You're asking how a card would perform in a high-quality setting like Star Citizen at 1080p with maximum graphics settings and a 970. You're wondering if it would run smoothly every match without lag, even as game graphics improve over time. You're also curious about what results you were hoping for.

I thought my GTX 970 would work just as well as a GTX 760 when using the same modifications.

My GTX 1080 still struggles under 60 FPS even with moderate settings and plenty of mods enabled.

I need to learn how to use QuickSync for recording. Your Skyrim recordings are noticeably better quality now compared to when you play it, and they look very similar in terms of graphics.

Remastering should improve performance since it's 64-bit and newer. I expect to receive another RX 480 soon.

I believe recent updates involving Kepler are encountering problems with Skyrim currently.
