Hi,
Windows 11 does support the AAC Bluetooth codec. To choose it and save it for your Bluetooth headphones, you’ll need to adjust the Bluetooth sound settings in Windows 11. Since your headphones are Bluetooth version 5.2 and your computer’s device is also version 5.2, follow the steps in Windows 11 to optimise the audio output for the best sound quality.

windows handles aac without needing any setup; it will utilize the highest available codec, and the bluetooth device (like your earbuds) picks the supported one from your bluetooth hardware module.

bluetooth tweaker
, its paid app, but it has 7day free trial
it shows which codecs are supported by your bluetooth devices and which is selected by windows
if windows uses wrong codec, theres nothing to do about it
alternatively you can get bluetooth audio transmitter where you can select manualy which codec you want to use

Windows is compatible with AAC and SBC. However, latency tends to be greater compared to iOS or Android for certain reasons, even when using the same codes. I think Android or iOS might help reduce this issue. For music playback it's fine, but if you plan to play games via Bluetooth, consider purchasing an AptXLL Bluetooth transceiver for your PC and headphones that support that codec. Update - transceiver
