I just received the game last night and played it for around 30 minutes. Everything seemed to run smoothly and look good. The settings were: Ultra Preset with no motion blur or depth of field. I set the GPU max buffer frames to 5, then adjusted to 1—this was confusing. I’m not sure which setting is best. For anti-aliasing, I switched from FXAA to MSAA X4 and then to MSAA X8. I’m wondering what’s optimal for performance without sacrificing quality. What settings would you recommend for the best experience? Please let me know if you can help! Thank you!
Reduce everything and ask for help from Jesus; it works at 60 frames per second.

Additionally, downloading TheWorse mod enhances visuals while improving performance simultaneously.
I checked the article and then tried adjusting the Medium Settings preset with High Texture and 4x MSAA. It worked best for me.
The optimal method is to remove the software. It really improved my experience.
