You're looking for the optimal settings to balance performance and visual quality. Consider adjusting your graphics options carefully—switching to TAA or FSR3 can boost frames, but lower resolutions may cause stutter. Enabling FSR 3 frame generation with AFMF might help smooth motion. Try a medium 3D resolution with low presets for better stability. Keep an eye on FPS and adjust VSync if needed.

FSR3 could offer improved performance but might also reduce sharpness; check for differences. Pairing FSR3 with FSR 3 frame generations is the best choice to keep quality high and boost speed. Intel XeSS isn't the top pick. Begin with Medium or High presets and tweak settings as needed. Extremely high settings can greatly affect performance but may not always enhance visuals. Turn on AMD Fluid Motion Frames (AFMF) in your Adrenalin control panel and evaluate its effect on both performance and graphics quality.

I experimented and reached 200 FPS without issues, but it slows down to 70-90 FPS when it stutters. I’ll give it another shot.

Latest drivers and Windows patches? V sync turned off? Check game files carefully. Appears to be a software problem.

The AFMF isn't necessary when you have FSR3 FG since they use the same core technology but FSR3 integration with games should perform better due to more available data. If you skip FG, consider using XeSS and FSR3 upscaling features. They appear distinct and I noticed XeSS offers greater stability—fewer flickers in fine details, which is a common issue with the FSR family. Results may differ by game implementation, so testing is recommended. Frame drops might stem from uncontrollable game factors or insufficient CPU resources. Stay clear of other processes that could interfere.

Two short clips are available on my YouTube channel. They appear as vertical videos under a minute long. You might notice details more clearly when watching at higher frame rates. The second clip includes a frame-by-frame analysis.

It seems unusual. Are these interruptions linked to the default game configurations?

I'll check it later... I also get stutters in Fortnite, but I think the game tends to lag on most PCs.

Fortnite also lags on my system; possibly due to the drive type. For bigger titles, an SSD is the better option.
