I was searching for good DDR5 RAM and came across this Amazon link. The prices are in India (INR), and there are different latency options available. I found myself unsure about which one offers the best value for money and whether all the models are from Hynix or another manufacturer.

What processor are you targeting since that can influence the ideal RAM choice? Even though the 6000MT/s offers great value considering overall performance and reliability, it’s worth noting that many experts believe this price point remains optimal. EDIT: Don’t worry then—those more experienced folks below me should take this as a guideline.

I think you're looking for a Hynix die aimed at DDR5 8000-8800. Check your CPU and motherboard specs—don’t overpay for high-end RAM because the same Hynix die works in Klevv 5600C46 modules and they’ll perform similarly. If you can’t find the Klevv kits at a good price, any 6400C32 binned RAM will suffice. Just let @RONOTHAN## provide more details as I don’t have direct experience with DDR5 or DDR4.

6400 CL32 kits typically come from Hynix A dies, but may also be M dies depending on the source. 6600 CL32 is almost always Hynix M dies for some reason. 6800 CL34 is mostly A dies, though a few M die kits exist in this speed range—they're extremely rare. Anything faster than that is almost always an A die. Considering the prices, I’d choose either the 6200 CL32 kit or the 6800 CL34 kit. The 6200 CL32 is more likely to be an M die than the higher-rated one, though Corsair is the only brand with 6200 in this rare M die category, making it probably a 50/50 chance of being A or M. M dies aren’t terrible, so I’d accept that risk, especially since the price difference isn’t huge.

I could consider 14600kf and asrock z790m. It seems the only available rams I have are the ones I previously mentioned plus this link on Amazon. The others are out of stock, just die rams. These options are quite expensive and prices keep rising.
