1. Most effective option
2. Can cause damage on specific screens
3. Leads to significant issues
4. Performance is inferior compared to others
5. Identical to option 1

Higher frame rates still help with aiming even on a 60hz display. I’m not familiar with Dota, but everyone in CSGO does it. I’ve adjusted my settings slightly to maintain steady 120 fps throughout the game. Capping your FPS can make your aim more reliable because it stays consistent.

I see, variations in gameplay are normal, and yes, we could aim for consistency. However, wouldn’t it be ideal to have a standard performance level across titles? If CSGO benefits from a 120 FPS limit, then improving to that speed should enhance the experience uniformly in all games.

Absolutely, I’d enjoy games with fast reaction times, similar to CSGO running at 60 frames per second.

For FPS, aim for the highest possible frames per second.

Do you believe 120 frames per second is optimal?

If you're comfortable with damage, faster reactions are always preferable in competitive play. I mainly enjoy RPGs where visuals matter a lot.

Using 62 with vsync is effective; the additional 2fps helps prevent stuttering.
