The latest NZXT software named CAM is quite effective, though it's still in beta. Recent updates have reduced the frequency of crashes.

CAM appears good, but it’s not functioning properly anymore. It stops working when I try to launch the program.

It got stuck in a repetitive cycle, but turning it on when you power up and keeping it open helped.

Avoid CAM as it slowed down other programs. HWmonitor and OpenHardwareMonitor work well as simple all-in-one solutions.
