I don’t have much experience with PBO or CPU tuning. I haven’t overclocked recently, and I’m not comfortable changing BIOS settings. My last overclock was on an older AMD FX-8320, so I don’t remember much. I just want my PBO values to be optimal without harming the CPU. Could you share some advice and tips? I’m not very familiar with the details of these settings. Thanks in advance!

Understanding FX tuning and PBO tuning seems completely unrelated, so any information you might have wanted to keep would likely be useless. If this makes sense to you, it probably isn't worth your time. The CPU's lifespan won't be impacted in any meaningful way. The motherboard will fail long before the CPU, and chances are you'll already need a system upgrade by then.
