Well @ LoGiCalDrm I mean a app/program that works on pc, where you download apps/programs for points, which you can trade in for rewards.
It's interesting how Bluestacks manages to be such a program. People often add unnecessary stuff just to keep it free.
Yeah, but you don't get any rewards such as Paypal funds etc.
