For smooth PubGa gameplay on a 144Hz monitor, a CPU with at least 6 cores and a GPU with sufficient VRAM are recommended. Having 4 cores may work but could lag under heavy load.

You'd likely need a 4670k and an RX 580 or GTX 1060, but you could possibly do with less. This setup keeps you near 144 FPS in competitive mode.

Thanks, but I understand that playing PUGBG needs a minimum of 6 essential components for the best performance. 4670k feels quite outdated.

I would replace the CPU. Unclear which chips the board supports. I wouldn’t play that game with just four cores and no hyper-threading. A 6-core, 12-thread processor such as the 2600 would make a big difference.
