Wow, it seems like the case can't be opened, *cough*. Mac is way too costly without any upgrades. *Cough* Just lower the settings and enable VSync at half speed for a steady 30 FPS.

You might request RAM details because the GPU isn’t the main concern here, and the issue lies elsewhere.

Ram might be able to handle more tasks if the delay is too great for quickly loading new objects or terrain into the CPU.
