I thought I'd included those components: CPU Intel Core i5 4570R, motherboard, iMac Late 2013, RAM 8 GB, 1600MHz DDR3, GPU Intel Iris Pro 5200, and case.

I would set it low with a few adjustments for water and shadows at 720p, aiming for steady 30FPS. This isn't about the Mac; it's due to the Iris Pro's limitations with GTA 5 at around 720p50.
