You're all set with the latest hardware for Cyberpunk 2077! Based on what others recommend, aim for medium to high settings with ray tracing enabled. For smooth performance at around 70 frames per second, consider DLSS 3.0 or similar. Your Ryzen 5 5600X paired with an RTX 3080 should handle the workload well on a 1440p display. Adjust based on your specific frame rates and visual quality preferences.

From the videos I've watched about this game, even high-end systems have trouble maintaining a consistent frame rate. In my opinion, begin with lower settings, gradually enable additional features (like ray tracing or anti-aliasing), and reduce them until performance drops, then lower them further.

Check out the video and determine the desired frame rate, then adjust the settings accordingly.
