I'm really sorry, but I got distracted by all the discussions and missed the main point. Still, I think you should set most of the controls to high. My earlier advice remains valid: install a frame rate monitor and play around with it. Crank it up fully to check performance, then gradually reduce the settings you don’t need. Keep adjusting until you achieve a smooth 60fps experience.
