Optimal approach for RBG management
Optimal approach for RBG management
I received the Asiahorse Comiq fans and they’re performing well so far. They’re noticeably quieter than anticipated, and the build feels surprisingly solid and tight. I have two points to ask: First, the rainbow RGB version might be too intense—have you experienced any discomfort from it? I’ve connected it directly to the motherboard (Gigabyte 650 Ax Gaming X), so do I really need to install Gigabyte software or a separate RGB version? That seems like a lot of hassle. Any advice? Also, regarding the remote, it’s fine for me to switch or unplug it while the PC is running—should I just plug it back in?
Personally, everyone tends to be a bit lacking, and things really become problematic when you're stuck installing several versions of a connector (Corsair) because it doesn't match the standard 3-pin MMO header. In my experience, the motherboard manufacturers' settings and some adapter or splitter cables have always been my go-to 'best compromise.' I experimented with OpenRGB, but it turned out to be quite complicated, so I stopped trying. For older boards without native RGB support, Razer's internal USB aRGB controller seems to work well. That's okay. Make sure to test PWM and RGB connectivity regularly.
