Consider a GPU suited for your setup. Your PC runs Ryzen 5 3600x with an ASUS TUF B450M-PLUS, and you plan to add a Gigabyte Radeon RX 590 with 8GB GDDR5 memory. The Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 3600 RAM fits well. At around $250 in Belarus, your budget allows for a GPU between $300 and $350. Many users prefer NVIDIA for reliability, though AMD drivers can sometimes be an issue.

Check the range of available motherboards. The 1660 Super is an option. Regarding the graphics, Nvidia 1660 Super cards are available and offer better performance than the 590. For the processor, the Ryzen 5 3600 is offered as a more affordable alternative to the 3600X.

I don’t have a suitable alternative beyond this one. The PCI-E X16 4.0 isn’t essential, and the price difference isn’t significant. It’s fine.

That motherboard isn't working well enough. Wouldn't it be better to use an ATX model instead?

These boards might cost less than the TUF model and are confirmed to work with 3rd generation Ryzen processors. If you spot an option at a cheaper rate, consider choosing that one.

The Ryzen 7 3600X differs from the Ryzen 5 3600 in performance specs, offering more cores and threads. The Ryzen 7 3700X provides eight cores and sixteen threads, making it a stronger choice. For graphics, the 5700XT is comparable to the RTX 1660 Super but delivers about 22% better speed; if the price gap is near $50, it’s worth choosing the 5700XT, otherwise the RTX 1660 Super is preferable.
