We’re talking about your thoughts on the i5-12400f for mid to high-end gaming, especially with some modding work like modeling or Unity. The kind of intense games you’d likely run include BeamNG and Elite Dangerous.

From a gaming standpoint, this CPU can handle most titles smoothly at 60 frames per second or higher when paired with a strong GPU (some even reach over 200 FPS). In terms of productivity, having six cores and twelve threads is quite beneficial.

This gaming CPU is excellent and can manage most current systems without needing an upgrade for a long time. It’s a solid mid-range option, and there’s no reason someone playing games wouldn’t be impressed.
