PC Specifications
CPU: i3 12100f
MBO: Asus H610M-A D4
RAM: Kingston Fury 2x8GB 3200mhz
GPU: Sapphire RX 570 4GB (will replace later)
PSU: lc 6550 v2.2
SSD: Samsung 980 500GB and a Seagate 250GB HDD
I plan to swap in either Seasonic B12 BC 650w or G12 650w GC for better GPU performance, so I won’t have to worry about that now.
In my region there aren’t superior alternatives; the price is around $90 for the PSU and $100 for the GPU. The main difference I’ve noticed is the efficiency rating.
It’s listed as B tier on the list but in speculative status because it lacks many reviews. I’m curious if anyone has used it or has experience with it, especially regarding its quality. When upgrading later, what matters most will be wattage.

The quality is quite poor (sleeve bearing fan, Chinese caps), yet the platform feels modern and the protections are acceptable.
In another discussion, I suggested the Seasonic as the top choice available within your budget.

I discovered the Antec EA550G Pro Gold, tier A, with a 7-year warranty for $75. Should I choose this model or stick with the Seasonic one because it offers 650W, even though I’m not sure if I’ll need such power in the coming years?

It's interesting how the Antec AE550G Pro Gold differs from the Seasonic B12BC/G12GC—it lacks the latter. Choose the Antec.

Regarding the 2x8pin connectors, it's true that daisy chained connectors can be problematic.

"Very bad" might be an overstatement, especially when dealing with extremely powerful cards that have significant spikes like the 3080 and 3090. An RX 570 requires sufficient power, so a reliable PSU is necessary. Daisy-chaining isn't ideal unless it's not available. Between daisy-chaining an RX 570 and using separate cables on a weaker PSU, I'd choose daisy-chaining every day of the week and twice on Sunday.
