Frankly....never heard of it.
My browser won't even open the Restoro website.
https://www.techradar.com/reviews/restoro
Above is a "review"....don't know if it is unbiased.
TechRadar Verdict
"Restoro is a system optimization tool that’s helpful for all PC users. It simplifies the process of protecting your computer from malware and optimizing it to perform maximally at all times."
Whatever that means.
Apparently, is 30 bucks or so a year.
My guess is that most here would tell you it is unnecessary even if harmless.

I own a subscription to it without any problems. Malwarebytes conflicts with it, so I added Restoro to its "Allow" list.

Usually software such as registry cleaners and similar programs, along with this tool that promises to resolve PC problems, should be avoided completely. They can sometimes be labeled as PuPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs). If you encounter issues with Windows, it's always better to rely on the built-in solutions or handle it yourself.

I would never let it near any of my systems.
Always.

The "system optimization" tools seldom provide meaningful improvements, and these improvements are usually beyond your control.
They tend to be overly extreme in their actions.
Shutting things down, keeping other components active, or altering registry entries that aren't necessary.
I seldom or never encounter a superior outcome from these methods, and more often see undesirable results.
These tools aren't designed to enhance your PC performance; instead, they aim to boost clicks or push you toward the premium version.
Is your system functioning properly?
If it does, then leave it as is.
If not, we can likely help you restore proper operation without relying on these tools.

Very good.
My system is functioning properly now after resolving some problems.
I managed to fix it, though it took a lot of time.
Thanks for your response.
