It might be possible to set it up, though you won’t be able to play games or anything like that. Consoles are owned by specific companies.

Consider the PS4 operating system remains closed with limited documentation, built specifically for one hardware platform and only minor updates. Sony wouldn’t permit such a setup. Emulating the system on compatible hardware is the practical solution. A common guideline is that more recent consoles require increasingly complex emulation. You seem to be seeking ways to enjoy PS4 titles without purchasing the original device?

Based on current information, replicating a PS4 seems challenging. We believe it relies on an AMD APU paired with an HD7970 graphics card, but details remain unclear and reliable emulators haven’t been developed yet.
