If your old account hasn't had its password changed and it's too short, it's time to update it. It's a good idea to switch to a Microsoft account so you don't have to log back in on the Store, XBox Music, etc. You can also use OneDrive, which comes built into Windows, and it lets you sync your Windows setup across devices.

That's the issue I'm facing—I have a Microsoft account, but I'd like to access individual apps instead of logging into the system using it.
