I installed tiny11 on my Kingston 64GB drive and it worked initially but now occasionally fails to boot. When it starts, I encounter missing DLL errors. Is the USB failing? It passed chkdsk without issues, but there’s no software I’m aware of that checks for read errors specifically on USB drives. Most tools focus on HDDs or SSDs.
