Could be a remaining start-up reference for a program that was removed. Possibly a leftover registry entry or a folder in the startup directory.

I attempted to use CCleaner, but I'm unsure about the steps. To eliminate this empty program, you might need to delete it manually or check your system settings.

The area for checking startup programs is available inside Ccleaner. It should be there. Also, performing a registry cleanup requires you to back up your data first.
