Seems like nothing is available... You might try MSI Afterburner, which Steam just released.
You don't need to pay for the frees, 2) OC GURU II offers a feature to show your FPS count (which is free), and it seems the newest MSI versions include this too.
I avoid it since the game I play (OpenBVE) already includes a frame rate indicator.
