I attempted to resolve the issue myself but encountered difficulties. I tried to flash the stock recovery over my TRWP to possibly trigger the update, but it failed again—this time it didn’t reboot into recovery and instead showed a battery status screen, suggesting something went wrong during the flash. When I ran the command fastboot flash recovery stock_recovery.img, everything completed without issues and ended cleanly. Later, I tried flashing TWRP again, but that also didn’t work. Now my phone is fully functional without any recovery process. Do you have more details? (I’ve shared this in the Oneplus 3 forums)
