Problem: Starting my PC with a cable connected always shows no signal, regardless of whether the monitor is on or off. The only solution so far was unplugging the cable, waiting a bit, then reconnecting it. *note* The GPU lights up and the fans are running. Specs CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X GPU: Asus 3080 TUF OC RAM: 2x16 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX motherboard: GIBY X570S USB SSD: Aorus Gen4 power supply: Antec HCG1000 Gold EC display: Asus MG278 operating system I tried: No fastboot Reinstall GPU driver Reinstall RAM Reinstall GPU Other monitor (for some reason the TV monitor works, 4K) I’m really trying to fix the monitor issue instead of using another one. If you need any details from my side, let me know.

Have you checked another port on the GPU? It might be malfunctioning.

Check if your GPU supports dual BIOS versions. If yes, change it and observe if the problem resolves. Have another PC or GPU for comparison. Consider other factors like the monitor as well.

I tested the monitor on a different computer and it worked, so I'm checking if GPU BIOS could help. Note: Alt BIOS didn't resolve the issue.
