I experienced a boot failure on my PC and attempted all troubleshooting steps, eventually opting for an RMA of the motherboard. After replacement, the issue persisted. Noticing two clicks from the PSU when pressing the power button, here are some suggestions:

What kind of clicking sounds do you hear? If the second click triggers an immediate shutdown, it’s referred to as “latching off.” This is one of the safeguards, similar to short circuit protection, that prevents a catastrophic failure and protects your PC from damage. Many power supplies emit a faint blue glow when this happens. Observe the PSU during startup and verify there are no shorts.

Is the system a fresh installation? Do you own a detachable power supply unit? Were you using the original cables from the PSU, or did you install additional ones later?

I don’t believe there’s any blue light present. Pressing the power button on my PC produces no sound and I don’t see any boot activity. The fans remain off, the debug light isn’t illuminated, and nothing happens. When I hold the power button, I hear two unusual noises—I’m not sure what they sound like but I’ll note them down when I get home.

I have also got it to boot with a power reset cycle. I got no display though. When I turned it off again I could not get it back on.

A video could really help, consider capturing a short clip and uploading it. Keep in mind the 20 meg file size restriction.
