Encountering an odd problem with a fresh PC. Powering it on shows no activity, no lights at all. But removing the CPU power connectors triggers the lights and fans to run. The CPU debug indicator appears, which makes sense but behaves differently than when the unit is connected. The BIOS was updated through a USB flashback before the CPU was installed. Did you receive this PSU as new or used? I suspect it might have the incorrect modular cable for the 8-pin CPU power connection. Have you installed any aftermarket cables or adapters with it, or did you only get what came with it in perfect condition?
