I have shared this problem before with the same issue, but now a new PSU isn't helping. It seems the one I received is completely useless. I tried everything—resetting cables, checking connections, even using a paperclip test—but nothing worked. The only signs were the PSU lighting up and the LAN port showing in and out. It’s possible the motherboard is dead, though the LAN port still blinks. I suspect the BIOS might be corrupted, which could explain the missing postcode. I really hope I can fix this and get my PC back online.

If the PSU is functioning properly, attempt to use a different board...
