Hi, I'm facing some problems with my 2070 Super after switching cases and motherboard. The fans stay idle until you put the system under load, then they increase as needed but maintain their previous speed even when the GPU is at 30% usage. I also can't adjust fan speeds through MSI Afterburner. When opening the app, the fans jump to full speed and stay there regardless of manual settings. I've tried running DDU, uninstalled/reinstalled drivers, and re-seated the GPU multiple times without success. Occasionally the GPU fails to detect at startup and only activates after about 40 seconds. Anyone have experienced similar issues and any advice? Thanks for your help. My system's specs: Gigabyte GTX 2070 Super, AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, MSI B450i Gaming Plus AC, 32GB DDR4 at 3600MHz.
