Hey there! I just set up a new system and am struggling to get Windows to recognize my 5.1 surround sound setup. Below are the details I've gathered so far, along with the actions I've tried to fix it. I really need someone to help me out of this frustrating situation. My PC runs Windows 11 Pro on an Intel 12th Gen i5-12400F with ASUS TUF GAMING B660M-E D4 motherboard, Corsair RM850 V2 Gold, and MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. I've also used a 850W power supply and 32GB of DDR4 RAM (3200MHz).
I've updated the BIOS, reinstalled audio drivers, unplugged and plugged them back in multiple times, restarted several times, and even taken a break before trying again. The ASUS page mentioned Jack detection support, but Windows 11 never asked me to choose a connection like it did on Windows 10.
Can someone guide me through this? Thanks!
