Attempted all configurations, only RGB activated while CPU stayed red and RAM stayed yellow. GPU fan remains off.
So.. Are we supposed to guess what components you have? Please give us the full spec list.

Can you capture an image of the PC, such as the motherboard, for inspection? I can assist with checking all cables and components. How long will it take before you see a response? The AM5 setup may require 4 to 5 minutes to initialize on the first attempt because of memory training.
If memory training were involved, would the lights illuminate? I have limited knowledge about this. All cables below are noted.
The lights should stay on during memory training. We don’t know everything about everything. There are several Asrock B850 motherboards available; could you specify the exact model? The cables seem fine. Also, the fan on your cooler should be centered, not at the back (left side toward the case). This isn’t causing the problem you’re experiencing.
