Only restart functionality is available for shutdown
When attempting to power off my computer, it merely restarts again, with all lights turning off except the RAM indicators, before it resumes operation. I have checked each RAM module individually and confirmed they function properly. Additionally, I have disabled fast boot and prevented any automatic restart following an error.
In your operating system, you should be able to check Device Manager for any entries marked with a yellow exclamation mark to identify issues.
