Hey everyone,
I tried reinstalling MSI afterburner this evening and noticed the download from the official site only gives me one .rar file instead of the installation wizard. I didn’t have this issue before. I’ve tested on several computers and managed to extract it successfully. Any explanation or a safe download link for version 4.30 would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

I think you might have saved a version other than Windows.
The ZIP file you got here includes a 'RAR' file, which then holds an 'EXE' file—the complete setup process:
https://www.msi.com/page/afterburner
Open the "Downloads" section at the top of the page.
Select the first "Download Afterburner" option on the left.
Thanks for the quick response!
Actually, when I extracted the zip from that link, I still ended up with a RAR file instead of an EXE. I don’t have Winzip and I really don’t want to deal with it. It’s not happened before, so I’m a bit puzzled. Yes, I’m downloading from that exact URL under the Downloads tab.
I downloaded Afterburner yesterday and it arrived...

I downloaded Afterburner yesterday and it comes as a RAR file—so you can skip the extra download if you prefer.

I’m experiencing this issue too. About six months ago I was using MSI Afterburner. I downloaded a new AMD driver this week, and it caused my MSI to behave strangely. I chose to reinstall it, but now only a RAR file appears when I extract it. I’m not sure what’s going on...
