I finished assembling the new build and everything functioned properly. I then tried to activate the EXPO profile for my memory, but the PC wouldn't start. I learned that some AM5 boards are sensitive to EXPO settings, so I reset the CMOS and managed to boot into Windows 11 without issues. The secondary fan on my CPU cooler was too loud, so I adjusted it in BIOS to silent mode—still no POST. After a few trials, simply clicking "save and exit" in BIOS (without changes) would prevent the PC from starting until CMOS is cleared. Once that was done, shutdown and restart worked smoothly, and I successfully booted into Windows. The motherboard only displayed debug LEDs; after saving and exiting once, they stayed lit with VGA+Boot for several minutes before powering off. Then the PC restarted, but eventually got stuck showing just the VGA light and a white symbol in the top-left corner. Another time it stuck with CPU+BOOT illuminated, though I’m unsure if that’s significant. If you know anything about this issue, any advice would be greatly appreciated. OS: Windows 11 64-bit Home BIOS version 1.24.AS02 (latest).
