Hey there! I just upgraded my PC and at first everything worked smoothly with all 12 cores and 24 threads, earning a solid benchmark score just under 7000. But lately, it’s been having issues connecting to the internet randomly. After another test, the score dropped to around 3500. I checked the benchmark details and saw it was only running with 6 cores and 12 threads. Anyone else experienced this problem?

It's possible you turned off the cores unintentionally in the BIOS settings.
