I suspect it might not work with your motherboard after all. I've attached an image of what a good MemTest should look like. If you have any other suggestions on how to proceed, please let me know—I really appreciate your support so far! And yes, the system is now running at 3066 instead of 2133, which is a significant upgrade.

Well that's not a completed run and there is a cumulative error. Did you test individually?

When XMP is activated, the system attempts to re-learn or retry multiple times before giving up after a few failures, then resets to the default settings. This indicates your RAM might be overclocked too much. Try using XMP timings and voltages at a lower DRAM speed (such as DDR4-3000, DDR4-3200, or DDR4-3400). Activate XMP so it handles the memory timings and voltage automatically. In BIOS, adjust the 'Memory Frequency' and choose a reduced DRAM speed (e.g., DDR4-3000 or DDR4-3200). Save your changes and close the program. Adjust the 'Memory Frequency' setting until stability returns.

I'm still unsure if the initial test was accurate. I recently ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and found no issues. It works with XMP at a reduced frequency, but it fails to boot at 3066MHz. I've tested it from 1.350V to 1.450V repeatedly, yet it consistently doesn't start.

Support the idea of @DailyProcrastinator. Your i7-7700K seems restricted to DDR4-3000 and DDR4-3066. You might be able to upgrade it to DDR4-3100 or higher, though you'll need to perform some manual DRAM overclocking.
