Because it's summer break, some friends and I started a Minecraft server. The problem is it functions perfectly for people outside my network, as expected. But only if they share the same ISP. Important notes: I rely on Cloudflare’s DNS, I placed the local IP in DMZ, turned off all network firewalls, disabled WAN blocking, and switched off antivirus software on our devices. We also disabled firewall protection on users with different ISPs. Help would be greatly appreciated since we’re stuck. It works fine with others on the same ISP but not with those using another one.

Is your public IP address starting with 10 or 160? You could be using a CGNAT through your internet service provider.

These ranges are officially designated as CG-NAT zones, though many providers also utilize 10.x.x.x addresses.

Back then, the CG-NAT was disabled. It seems this could be the problem. I spent about 17 calls with my ISP to fix it ~7 months ago because they weren’t helpful. Now I’m checking my IP and it’s 100.85.x.x, so I’m planning another frustrated call.
