You're experiencing a mismatch between your RAM speed and the system's settings. Since XMP is enabled but Windows only uses 2400MHz, you might want to adjust the RAM settings in BIOS or Windows to match 3200MHz. Also, ensure your motherboard supports XMP and that the RAM is properly seated.

Check the RAM configuration on your motherboard. It might be due to incorrect XMP BIOS settings. Could you share the rest of your specifications?

Ignore the task manager and check the CPU speed using CPU-Z or HWiNFO.

I've noticed the task manager indicating a 28GHz CPU speed, but my actual CPU performance was different.

It verifies the memory operates at 2400 MHz. This suggests the XMP profile isn<|pad|>, possibly not applying or being reset during startup. Share more info (CPU, board, RAM model) and check if XMP is activated.

Adjusted to manual mode but results remained unchanged. System restarted approximately three times after saving and exiting in the BIOs.

Retry settings can be adjusted in BIOS. The issue with posting 3200mt/s is likely due to stability concerns. Keeping XMP enabled while setting a manual frequency of 2667mt/s may resolve the problem. It’s unclear if three consecutive failures will occur, but testing a lower frequency could help.
