Hello! Your setup seems to be working fine with your current configuration, but when using two RAM sticks together it fails. Since your motherboard supports dual RAM slots and your ASUS H110M-E/M.2 supports dual DIMMs, the issue might be related to how your system detects or handles the memory modules. Try checking if both sticks are seated properly in their respective slots, ensuring no physical damage or misalignment. Also, verify that your power supply can handle the increased load and that the BIOS is set up correctly for dual RAM. If the problem persists, consider consulting ASUS support or a professional technician.

It seems unusual, but the motherboard might not handle both expansion slots at once, especially if it can't deliver the full bandwidth of PCIe16.

Did you enable XMP? Clearing the CMOS might resolve the issue and allow it to start normally.

Sure, I'll look into the BIOS for those options and attempt to turn them on. See you later!

Hi, sorry to hear this. I attempted to enable XMP settings but still couldn't start the system with two sticks. Further inspection shows only one RAM module is detected. Swapping the working stick into the other slot didn’t resolve the issue, indicating a possible faulty or damaged RAM component. Thanks for your assistance!
