I have two GSkill TridentZ RAMs, but only one is working. After swapping the slots, the RAM still isn’t lighting up. It’s still recognized on your PC, but the issue is with the RGB display. Please help.

Check if the stick functions properly. Ensure it appears correctly in RGB software when connected alone. If it works, consider returning it for repair.

Yes the ram works perfectly fine when it's the only one in, both of the ram worked perfectly fine until I used "Signal RGB" software and then one of the ram stick's rgb switched off.

Upon starting the computer, both slots illuminate. This behavior is likely caused by hardware components turning on rather than just software managing power states.

It no longer lights up. I've reset it several times, but this RAM isn't working even though it still operates. I don't have any information about the software.
