I use four monitors connected to my work laptop through a Pluggable USB-C hub (Dell Latitude 5420 11th gen i7-11856g7, 16GB RAM, Windows 10 Enterprise, 21H2). It functions perfectly on my personal machine, but only one external screen works with the Dell. Is this a limitation of the laptop itself? I’ve searched online but haven’t found anyone else reporting the same issue. Updated April 25, 2023 by HollywUYD

You're experiencing compatibility with 4x1080p displays at 144Hz on your L15 Gen2 using a USB C dock.

It seems we should check the specific USB hub you're employing.

This setup functions flawlessly on my personal laptop, yet struggles with my work machine. It suggests the problem lies with the laptop itself rather than the hub.

I'll attempt it, but I need approval from the company's IT department first. Thanks!
