I captured the image using the Windows shortcut task manager on a second monitor. I compared it with Msi Afterburner results from July 31, 2024. The benchmark showed 31,764 frames rendered in 158.235 seconds. Average frame rate was 131.2 FPS, minimum 71.7 FPS, and maximum 267.1 FPS. A 1% drop was at 15.6 FPS, and a 0.1% drop at 9.9 FPS. RAM performance is currently lagging behind the recommended 3200 MHz. Just powered on the PC.
The bios adjustments might have resolved the issues. During testing of Rocket League, using a 1000 Hz polling rate made the mouse movement freeze entirely.
You asked about the timing settings—specifically the sequence 16-18-18-18-38. Regarding the voltage, if auto mode is active, it should be 1.35v instead of 1.2v. Concerning the mouse polling rate, increasing it from 500hz to 1000hz may cause noticeable lag.
Timings, voltage and frequency match what you mentioned with docp active. I couldn't get the system to start manually, but at 500Hz it runs smoothly. If you need, I can try testing in Fortnite as well if the polling rate affects things.

I assumed turning it on or off wouldn't affect performance with the same settings. Disabling it slightly reduced frame rate but didn’t stop the game, though lag appeared only when using a controller. Regarding upgrades, would you consider moving to an AMD Ryzen 5 or stick with AMD Ryzen 7 on AM4?
DCP adjustments affect various settings beyond timing and memory controller voltage, which might not always be ideal. Setting the remaining timings to auto allows the motherboard to manage them. I recommend trying it with a different mouse and upgrading to a 5700X3D, as you're likely missing optimal performance from your GPU.

For the price, I believe 5700X3D makes sense given the performance you'll get on a R5 7600. Just remember to account for the new motherboard and RAM package. Even if you prefer more RAM, a 2x16GB AEGIS kit is the most affordable option and functions well. It's also suitable for the 4070 model. I currently use a 5800X3D with 7900 XT, which performs better than the 4070 and runs smoothly. However, I suggest sticking with Nvidia GPUs unless you're targeting next-gen options. Personally, I’d wait for the next generation if I were in your position. I had a 1080 Ti before the 7900XT and sometimes miss the feeling of having it, since it worked excellently.
