Good morning, I’ve noticed a strange issue with my PC. After rebooting, it only displays half the RAM available and reserves 8.1GB for hardware. When I adjust BIOS settings, it shows 16GB usable in Windows, but after a reboot, it reverts to normal. Could you help me figure out what’s happening? Thanks, skyecraft92.

I've reviewed it and confirmed no adjustments needed. Could be a RAM issue.

Start the device and then power it down using the opposite RAM slot.

Check in the bios settings for "hardware reserved", there should be a way to manually set the amount of memory.
