Hello. From mid September onward, the fans on my GPU stopped working. I’ve already looked into the Adrenalin “Zero RPM” option, but it’s turned off. Changing the curve or applying adjustments doesn’t make a difference. They spin only when the card hits 110°C, then I see a black screen and they run at full speed. I have to power down my computer. Everything is in good condition and was never overclocked. My setup includes: GPU – XFX SWFT RX 6800 XT; CPU – Intel i5 -13600k; RAM – 32GB (4x8); Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200MHz; Motherboard – GIGABYTE MB GBT; Intel 1700 B760M DS3H AX DDR4 (Latest BIOS F15); Storage – Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250GB + Crucial CT1000P1SSD8; PSU – Corsair RM650x.

Have you considered disabling the built-in fan settings and allowing the system to manage it automatically? It seems the software might not be receiving precise input.

They ask if it's similar to setting the default options for Adrenalin or removing it. I'm sorry, I don't speak English well.

Just shut down the fan settings in adrenaline mode. Disable all fan tuning and other controls that manage fans. Let the system handle it independently and observe the results. Also, if temperatures exceed 85, turn off the PC yourself. Avoid letting it reach 110 before it crashes.

It doesn't function unless you play intense games such as Cyberpunk or BF2042. Otherwise it maintains a steady 65-70 degrees.

Until the issue is resolved, it's best to avoid those games. Above 95c could cause damage, and 105c+ is particularly risky.
