I saved win 11 using Rufus and set up four partitions during installation. Once installed, I looked at my computer and noticed only Drive C was listed.

Upload a screenshot of disk management to imgur.com and share the link. It might help if you check whether the hidden drive is enabled or if you assigned it a drive letter.

Four partitions are needed for optimal performance. The parts list and Disk Management interface also provide clarity. Having full details is beneficial.
