She uses a prebuilt Thermaltake that works flawlessly in games except for Fortnite. It often crashes or runs slowly. Anyone have suggestions?

I don't play any games that require Easy Anti-Cheat. It's not something I'm involved with.

Another friend is facing the same problem in Fortnite and other games. We think the latest Windows updates might have affected stability. Reinstalling Windows from the beginning fixed it. His machine has a Ryzen 5600X, 32GB DDR4/3600, RTX 3060 8GB, and a 1TB SSD.
